Blog owners would recognize this few variation of spam mails coming from India. Several simple ways to do a quick acid test if the emails you receive are for real.

1. Look at their email address, they are non-domain base email. Free email address are used so they can easily drop and create new ones when an email has been classified as spam.

2. Name mismatch between the email address and the name submitted. They might have used a robot software to submit the form too.

3. If you use contact forms for your blog, look for those what logs IP address. For the 2 sample cases below the IP are 122.163.9.246 and 122.163.193.184

4. You can highlight the email address and pull out google search engine to run a check with quotes–>e.g. “gates.charles1@gmail.com”  I’m certain you will find them being listed in some Hall of Shame some where.

5. You can also google and search for IP lookup and locate a list of free sites that offers IP checking and lookup which country that IP range is from. From what I’ve had observed, they are usually from India. A example of IP check site http://www.ipchecking.com/

You can observed this particular IP is already listed on a block list. Refer to the highlighted text.

For this case, they obviously disregard the certification listed at the right-hand side of my blog that I know SEO??? Gah! Why would I partner with a spammer?
